Free Shipping Policy Details

• Free ground shipping for orders over $100 that include a racket, shoes, or nets.

• Free ground shipping applies to shipping addresses within Continental USA only.

• For shuttlecock only orders, minimum quantity of 20 tubes is required to qualify for free shipping.

• Free shipping not available for stringing machines

Expedited Shipping Policy Details

• We now offer expedited shipping, 2 Day Service ($24.95) and 3 Day Service ($19.95) within the continental United States.
• 2 Day/3 Day service includes business days only
• Weekends and national holidays are excluded.
• Orders placed on Friday after noon CST will be processed and shipped on Monday.
• All expedited shipping orders placed before noon C.S.T will be processed on the same day. Please allow an additional business day for all custom stringing orders.
• Custom stringing orders will be shipped the following day.

General Shipping Policy Details

• Domestic orders are usually shipped using FedEx.

• International orders and P.O. Box orders will be shipped via USPS.

• Only $10.95 for ground shipping orders (Continental USA only).

• Only $24.95 flat for all orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Peurto Rico and PO Box addresses.
