the one that i received was silver color not the same dark color as in this website. first impression of the racket was it was light, but definitely it's not 70grms as it was advertised. the string that came with it was with tension somewhere around 22 or 23 lbs, played with it for awhile... doesn't feel any better than my old racket (yonex armortec 500) after few smashes.. definitely need to change the string, so i decided to change it with yonex bg85Ti with 28lbs, tried few smashes.. it definitely feel much better than the original string, although it was good but nothing special compare to.. yonex muscle power 100 or 99. as for the weight.. with the string it was 93 grms compare to yonex muscle power 100 with the string weight 97 grms,
it's definitely an alternative to much pricier yonex, and if you're a beginner to moderate player, this is the racket for you, but for smashes.. go with yonex

this racket is the lightest one out there. it does take time to get used to it, but the first thing you notice is that clears and pretty much effortless and smashes are a lil harder and sound like Lin Dan hit the bird. back court drop shot slices, need a little more power put behind them in order for them to make it over the net, but that means you make it seem as if your swing the racket faster for a clear or drive shot. the racket is very quick when you are reacting to smashes and the string tension helps in control.(since its soo tight) the racket is actually not as stiff as you would think... so for me its good cause my swing speed isn't going to break the sound barrier anytime soon. for this price it is a great deal compared to black knight's ripoff superlight series. which i used before. so save your self the 50-70 bucks and dont get a photon XL get the Karakal M-Tec 70 ISO.
