Voltric 80, launched recently at the 2011 All England Badminton Championship and used by the eventual champion Lee Chong Wei, represents yet another leap by Yonex in enhancing racket performance through technology. By using Nanopreme, Yonex have enabled Voltric 80 to be combine greater repulsion power, elasticity as well as structural strength. It has also allowed Voltric 80 to have the thinnest shaft in the history of Yonex.

Voltric 80 also uses the "Tri-Voltic" system which uses Tungsten are 2, 10 and 6 O'Clock position for greater kickback affect accentuating the effect of a head heavy racket while a slimmer profile on the sides of the frame and lighter weight make it more easy to handle and create even faster swing-speed.

This racket, because it is both head-heavy/powerful and light and manoeuvrable, will be suitable for a vast array of players offering great firepower on smash and easy to handle feel for doubles players.

I have victor's brave sword 11 3U.. then I bought it..
originally there are two types, 3U and 4U..
I have a voltric 80 4U and think it is very good racket for a single player..
but even it is 4U.. it does not feel light because it is very hard head which is good for smashing.. and it is very thin.. it allows me to control easily..
but if you want to buy light one.. better to buy arcsaver 9FL or nanospeed 6000..
