How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  # For Canada orders, shipping is $24.95 for all orders.
# Free ground shipping for orders that include a racket over $100 (Continental USA only). For shuttlecock only orders, minimum quantity of 20 is required to qualify for free shipping.
# Only $10.95 for orders less than $100 (Continental USA only). $24.95 flat for all orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Peurto Rico and PO Box addresses.
# We now offer expedited shipping, 2 Day Service and 3 Day Service within the continental United States.
# We ship ONLY to locations in the United States (incl. Hawaii, Alaska and APO addresses), Canada and Europe and some countries in Asia and Africa.
# Badminton Racket prices always include stringing and badminton racquet covers.
# All prices are in US dollars.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  As with any badminton supplies store, Badminton Warehouse cannot offer warranties. Products are sold �AS IS�. What this means:
All products are guaranteed by the manufacturers to be free of manufacturing defects. Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect it carefully. If you find the product to be damaged or otherwise faulty, please return it promptly in the original box, for a free replacement.
Under no circumstances can we accept a returned item once it has been used. If the polyethylene cover on the handle of a racquet is removed and/or the racquet has been used for playing (even a single game), it is not eligible for warranty replacement.
We will accept returns as long as the items have not been used (see above for details. Badminton Warehouse will refund the total cost of the items returned after deducting shipping charges incurred to ship the item to the customer.
Badminton racquets do not break unless clashed. We urge our customers to remember that badminton racquets, and especially graphite ones, are inherently fragile objects. All clashes, minor or major, can potentially weaken, damage or break a racquet. Please try not to make durability comparisons between your tennis/squash racquet and your badminton racquet, which is a much finer and delicate instrument.
String breakage is a common occurrence that cannot be avoided and therefore cannot be guaranteed against. Strings on any racquet will need to be replaced at regular intervals because it is a wearable part, just like tires on a car. Even high quality strings have equal likelihood of �chance� breakage but they do not age (get brittle or lose resiliency) as quickly. We strive to serve the badminton community with the best possible customer service but we cannot be responsible for chance mishaps with your racquet. When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
