A customer may try on shoes in a clean, indoor environment to determine fit and sizing and comfort.
Tags have to be intact. Once the tag is removed the shoes will be considered used and hence cannot be returned.
Only shoes in new condition (not worn) are eligible for return.
The original shoe box must be returned without any tape, labels, or other items degrading, altering, or damaging it.
Eligible returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Restocking fee of 10% is applicable on all returns
