Badminton Warehouse - Returns Policy

Badminton Warehouse wants you to take comfort in knowing that all items can be returned for a full refund. Once your return is received, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow two business days for your return to be processed. Please note, depending on your credit card or bank, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Please read our return policy carefully as certain restrictions apply.


Racquet Returns

  • Rackets can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused.
  • Please do not remove the plastic film wrapped around the grip if you intend to return the racket.
  • Once the plastic grip is removed the racket is considered used and hence cannot be returned.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shuttlecock Returns

  • Shuttlecocks can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused.
  • Opened tubes of shuttles cannot be returned.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shoe Returns

  • Shoes can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused.
  • Please do not take the tag off the shoe if you intend to return the shoes.
  • Once the tag is removed the shoes will be considered used and hence cannot be returned.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs
  • Please refer to our shoe sizing charts as sizes do vary by manufacturer.
  • Please use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box.
  • Please make sure shoes do not have any sock fuzz/lint, human or pet hair, dirt, or any other foreign substances before returning them.
  • Badminton Warehouse will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the shoe if it is returned in a different box or the shoe tag removed.

Bags, Nets, Accessories Returns

  • All items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused.
  • Please do not take tags off the bags and all nets and accessories should be in their original packing.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
