Since we first began responding and adapting to COVID-19, Badminton Warehouse has let care drive our decision making: care for our customers and care for our team. It meant taking the unprecedented step to close our retail store to protect the health and well-being of our customers and our team.
As we prepare to open our retail store to our customers again we would like to share about how we will continue to carry forward our commitment to care: how it is informing our decision-making, the significant steps we are taking to keep everyone who visits one of our stores safe, and the ways in which our stores will look a little different.
We are focused on giving everybody lots of room, and renewing our focus on personalized service. We’re also taking some additional steps. Face coverings/masks will be required for our team and customers. Temperature checks will be conducted at the door. Throughout the day, we are conducting enhanced cleanings that place special emphasis on all surfaces, display products, and high traffic areas.
Additionally, we will continue to provide curb-side pickup service for customers who would like to pick up orders placed online. You can expect the same excellent standard of customer service over the phone to help you with any questions that you might have.
