📝 How to Submit a Return
- Check Returns Eligibility criteria below. You must be eligible to submit a return.
- If eligible, click here to access our Redo Returns portal.
- Login using your order number and zip-code, email, or tracking number.
- Follow the portal steps. Upload item pictures.
- If you purchased Redo Protection, you receive a free return label.
- If not, you will be required to pay for the return label.

📦 Shipping Returns
- Ship returned items back in the original shipping box.
- Once received, your account will be credited for the item cost.
📋 RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

🏸 Badminton Racquet / Pickleball Paddle Returns
- Badminton Rackets: Return within 30 days if unused and plastic wrap intact.
- Pickleball Paddles: Return in original condition with plastic wrap intact.
- Plastic grip wrap must not be removed to qualify for return.

🏸 Shuttlecock Returns
- Shuttlecocks are ineligible for returns. Requests will be rejected.

👟 Shoe Returns
- Return within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
- Tags must remain intact.
- No signs of wear, lint, hair, dirt, or foreign substances allowed.

👕 Apparel Returns
- Return within 30 days if unused and tags intact.
- Indoor try-on allowed; outdoor use voids eligibility.

🎒 Bags, Nets, Accessories Returns
- Accessories like nets, strings, towels, grips, and pickleball balls are ineligible for returns.
- Bags can be returned if in original condition with tags intact.
