Steps to return:
  • 1 Check Eligibility below
  • 2 If you are eligible for return, click here to access our returns portal
  • 3 Login to the portal using the order number and zip-code, email or phone number
  • 4 Follow the steps in the portal and submit your return request
  • 5 If your return request meets the eligibility criteria, you will receive an email with an RMA and a pre-paid return label.
  • 6 Ship the return item(s) back in the original shipping box
  • 7 Once the return has been received, your account will be credited for the cost of the item minus an $9 restocking fee.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

Badminton Racquet/Pickleball Paddle Returns

  1. Rackets can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused and the original plastic from the handle is intact. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. Please do not remove the plastic film wrapped around the grip if you intend to return the racket.
  3. Once the plastic grip is removed the racket is considered used and hence cannot be returned.

Shuttlecock Returns

  1. Shuttlecocks can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. Opened tubes of shuttles cannot be returned.

Shoe Returns

  1. Shoes can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. Tags have to be intact. Once the tag is removed the shoes will be considered used and hence cannot be returned.
  3. There cannot be any noticeable wear and tear or signs of use on the shoes.
  4. Please make sure shoes do not have any sock fuzz/lint, human or pet hair, dirt, or any other foreign substances before returning them.

Apparel Returns

  1. All apparel can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. Tags have to be intact. Once the tag is removed the apparel will be considered used and hence cannot be returned.

Bags, Nets, Accessories Returns

  1. All items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused.
  2. Please do not take tags off the bags and all nets and accessories should be in their original packing.
