All returns must be within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition.
Rackets & Paddles
Unused, original condition, within 30 days. Handle plastic must be intact. No scratches or signs of use. Note: Some pickleball paddle manufacturers do not include plastic wrap on the handle.
Shoes
Unworn with tags attached. Indoor try-on on carpeted surface only. No outdoor use. Within 30 days.
Apparel
Unused with original tags and packaging. Indoor try-on allowed. No outdoor wear. Within 30 days.
Bags
Returnable in original condition with tags attached. Within 30 days.
Shuttlecocks
Not eligible for return under any circumstance. All requests will be denied.
Accessories
Grips, nets, towels, balls, and similar accessories are not returnable.
