STEPS:
  • Pick a string & tension. Select number of rackets to re-string.
  • Checkout and complete order
  • Send the racket(s) to Badminton Warehouse - 700 Remington Road, Unit C, Schaumburg, IL 60173
  • Upon receipt of the racket(s), we will string and return back to the shipping address specified on your order.
  • Typical turn around to ship the rackets back is 2-3 days after receipt by us.

 

 

Where we ship

We ship within the United States, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses, from Schaumburg, Illinois. We do not offer international shipping.

Handling before shipment

  • Standard items: allow 1 business day (24 hours) for handling before shipment.
  • Custom-strung rackets: allow 2 business days (48 hours) for handling before shipment.
  • Orders placed after 2 p.m. Central Time on Friday usually ship Monday; custom stringing requires its full handling time. Holidays may affect dispatch.

Standard transit after shipment

  • Continental U.S.: 3–4 business days.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: 5–7 business days.

Transit estimates are in addition to handling time and are not guaranteed. Contact us for APO/FPO delivery estimates. Expedited 2-day and 3-day services are available for eligible addresses; handling time still applies.
