Handling before shipment

Custom-strung rackets: allow 2 business days (48 hours) for handling before shipment.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. Central Time on Friday usually ship Monday; custom stringing requires its full handling time. Holidays may affect dispatch.

Standard transit after shipment

Continental U.S.: 3–4 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: 5–7 business days.
