Continental U.S. orders. Estimated transit: 3–4 business days after shipment.
3-day shipping
Estimated 3 business days after processing.
2-day shipping
Estimated 2 business days after processing.
When will my order ship?
- Standard items: allow 1 business day (24 hours) for handling before shipment.
- Custom-strung rackets: allow 2 business days (48 hours) for handling before shipment.
- Orders placed after 2 p.m. Central Time on Friday usually ship Monday; custom stringing requires its full handling time. Holidays may affect dispatch.
We’ll email your tracking details when your order leaves our warehouse. Your shipment travels with UPS or USPS, depending on the package, destination and service.
A few details before checkout
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories is a flat $25. These destinations do not qualify for free shipping. Allow 5–7 business days in transit after shipment, plus 1 business day for standard handling or 2 business days for custom-strung rackets.
International shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
Products with a minimum order quantity
A few items—including grips, shuttlecocks and certain accessories—have a minimum order quantity requirement, as noted on the product page. If you add one of these items, your cart must contain at least two items in total. You can buy two of that item or add another item to your cart. Qualifying Continental U.S. orders still ship free.
