Returns made simple
If your purchase is not right for you, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start through our online Returns Portal for a guided process. Adding Redo Returns for $2.49 at checkout includes a prepaid return label; without Redo, eligible returns are still accepted and you are responsible for return shipping.

Redo Returns: with or without coverage
Redo is an optional checkout add-on. Your product must meet the same return-eligibility requirements whether or not Redo was added.
With Redo ($2.49)

Important: Redo covers the return label and guided process; it does not make an otherwise ineligible or used item returnable.
Return eligibility by product type
Unless a product is specifically marked non-returnable, eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and received in original, unused condition.
Rackets & paddles
Must show no signs of play, use, scratches, or stringing. The handle plastic must remain intact. Some pickleball paddle manufacturers do not apply handle plastic; those paddles must still be unused and in original condition.
Shoes
Must be unworn with tags attached. Try on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface only. Shoes worn outdoors are not eligible.
Apparel
Must be unused, unworn, and returned with the original tags and packaging. Indoor try-on is permitted.
Bags
Must be unused and returned in original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging attached or included.
Shuttlecocks
Shuttlecocks are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable accessories
Grips, nets, towels, balls, and similar accessories are not returnable. Products marked non-returnable on the product page are also excluded.
Before using your purchase: Keep the box, tags, protective wrap, accessories, and all original packaging until you are certain the product is the right fit.
Before you start a return
- The 30-day return period begins on the delivery date.
- Items showing wear, play, outdoor use, damage after delivery, alteration, or missing tags or packaging will be ineligible. No Exceptions
- Submitting a request through the Returns Portal does not guarantee approval; the item must meet the applicable conditions above.
- Return-shipping costs apply when Redo Returns was not purchased at checkout.
