We ship within the United States, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses, from Schaumburg, Illinois. We do not offer international shipping.
Handling before shipment
- Standard items: allow 1 business day (24 hours) for handling before shipment.
- Custom-strung rackets: allow 2 business days (48 hours) for handling before shipment.
- Orders placed after 2 p.m. Central Time on Friday usually ship Monday; custom stringing requires its full handling time. Holidays may affect dispatch.
Standard transit after shipment
- Continental U.S.: 3–4 business days.
- Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: 5–7 business days.
